With this professional bain marie, you can prepare dishes or warm them up gradually. This prevents carefully prepared dishes from burning or ending up with flavours on the plate. Do you work in a restaurant, canteen or hotel and need to keep food warm for large groups of people? Then this bain marie is also more than welcome. You can place a 1/1 GN container in the bain marie in which you put the food to be heated. Since the water is heated on the outside of the GN container and does not get hotter than 100ºC, your food will never boil so it can't burn or separate.

Ideal for use in a cooking line

Thanks to its heavy-duty components, the bain marie is made for intensive use. It's also ideal for use within a professional cooking line. The water reservoir is made from hardened stainless steel and has rounded corners. You can fill the reservoir manually with water and, thanks to the drain tap, you can empty the reservoir very easily. The safety thermostat can handle temperatures up to 90ºC. As soon as the indicator light turns off, the water is at temperature and you can use the bain marie. This appliance is supplied without GN containers.

Effortless cleaning

This professional bain marie is not only efficient and heats up quickly, it is also quick and easy to clean. Before you start the cleaning process, switch off the appliance and remove any GN containers from the reservoir. These containers are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned by running them through the dishwasher. Be careful when cleaning the rest of the machine as any water droplets can still be hot. You can drain the water manually using the drain tap. After this, you can clean the bain marie using a damp cloth with a bit of mild detergent. When finished, wipe the bain marie dry again with a soft cloth.
