This switches the appliance off as soon as it overheats. To prevent objects or hands from getting into the mixing bowl while it's in use, the mixer is fitted with a protective cage. Until this protection grate is completely closed, the dough mixer will not start. The mixer comes with a dough hook that, just like the mixing bowl, turns around its axis while kneading. This powerful dough mixer is also equipped with overload protection so that the mixing bowl can never be overloaded.
