In the two containers of 16 litres each, you can fry large quantities of food like fries, snacks, fish and vegetables. The base is fitted with stainless steel doors and a drain tap is installed under each bowl. Thanks to these taps, changing old oil becomes a much easier job. The cupboard can also be used as a storage space for extra oil, for example. The deep fryer comes with two removable lids and two frying baskets. Both parts are equipped with heat-resistant handles for safe handling. In addition, the overload protection ensures that the frying baskets can't be overloaded with products. Thanks to the rubber feet, the deep fryer stands firmly on any flat surface in the kitchen.

Equipped with stainless steel storage

This deep fryer with a stainless steel base is ideal when you need a deep fryer but have no room to place it on a countertop or table. You can add it alongside your current kitchen set-up for extra frying capacity. This deep fryer is equipped with two 400V power plugs. Thanks to a cold zone, oil stays fresher for longer. This is because the heating elements sit just above the pan's bottom. The oil under the heating elements becomes less hot and crumbs are less likely to burn. As a result, oil can be used for longer. The temperature per heating element is also easy to set with the thermostat. This can handle temperatures between 50°C and 200°C.

Simple cleaning

All parts of this professional deep fryer are made from stainless steel. This has the advantage that cleaning the appliance is fairly simple. What you need is warm water and a mild detergent. Take all parts out of the fryer and soak them in the water. Then brush the accessories clean and dry with a soft cloth.
