The wall and fire bowl are ceramic and ensure that the Kamado won't be affected by high temperatures or temperature differences.
Robust materials
Besides the robust ceramic, the rest of the materials also guarantee that you have a solid cooking device at your disposal. The steel parts are coated and the cooking grid is made from stainless steel. It also contains a layer of porcelain enamel, which makes it resistant to rust and peeling. This allows you to safely leave your Kamado barbecue outside. The handle is made from bamboo to ensure that it does not get hot during the cooking process.
