This kebab grill is not only suitable for use in shawarma shops and grillrooms but also for grilling meat in food trucks and other catering establishments. This professional doner kebab grill has one gas burner with stainless steel protection mesh. For perfect preparation, the grill skewer is adjustable and can be turned left and right.

Includes a stainless steel drip tray

This kebab grill comes with a stainless steel drip tray that is easy to remove. You can easily connect this professional doner kebab grill to the gas. Because this kebab grill works on gas, you receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar) with the appliance. The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the instruction manual. It's important to have the conversion from natural gas to LPG done by an expert. You can also order the special kebab knife so that the meat can be quickly and easily cut into thin slices.

Removable parts

Working hygienically is essential when preparing food. This doner kebab grill is therefore easy to clean. Simply unplug it and wait for it to cool down. Then, remove all parts that come into contact with meat and soak them in warm water with a mild detergent. Wipe everything with a soft cloth. The housing, skewer and meat plate are made from stainless steel and are also easy to clean.
