This heavy duty Bratt pan with a capacity of 50 litres is suitable for use in any professional kitchen. It enables you to prepare the most delicious dishes in large quantities. The Bratt pan is easy to tilt. With the tiltable tray, you can drain the whole pan in one go. Thanks to the crank on the front of the roaster, you can lift the pan until it is vertical so it can be emptied completely. In addition, the 8mm thick bottom is made from stainless steel for corrosion resistance. This thick bottom also ensures that the heat is distributed evenly.

Working safely in the catering industry is essential. This Bratt pan is equipped with a safety system that switches off the electricity and the heating when the lid is open. The safety thermostat prevents the roaster from overheating. The temperature can be set between 50 and 300ºC. To limit heat radiation and keep energy consumption down, the roaster is fitted with thermal insulation. The water in the roasting pan can be topped up manually.

Easy to clean

The Bratt pan has adjustable feet so it will always stand firm and stable on whatever surface it is placed on. Both the housing and the lid handle are made from stainless steel. The roasting pan has rounded corners for easy cleaning. Smooth surfaces can be cleaned with a bucket of water, a mild detergent and a damp cloth or sponge.
