Equipped with thermal insulation

Working safely in the hospitality industry is essential. The safety thermostat helps ensure that overheating is prevented. The temperature can be set between 120 and 300°C. To limit any loss of heat and to keep the energy consumption low, the bratt pan is equipped with thermal insulation. The bottom of the inner pan is made from 8mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion, which also ensures that the heat is evenly distributed.

Easy to clean

An important part of the ease of use is the cleaning. Thanks to the smart design and use of smooth materials, you never have to worry about that. The stainless steel is very easy to clean, simply by using a cloth. The corners are rounded so that no food residue can accumulate and, thanks to the handy water tap, you always have water on hand for cleaning. Tilting the inner pan also comes in handy when you need to clean and dry the bratt pan.
