The freezer includes a fan-assisted cooling system which also features a special cooling cycle to help reduce ice build-up. The refrigerant used in this robust freezer is R290, which is CFC-free. Lastly, the freezer is mobile. It comes with four wheels, including two brakes, to make it easier to move when needed.  

Easy to clean

Just like other catering appliances, a freezer needs to be cleaned regularly. This is not a problem, thanks to the stainless steel interior and exterior of this freezer. Before you begin to clean the freezer, it first has to be defrosted. After that, you can use a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent to wipe down all the surfaces. After cleaning, it is important to dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth.
