This dough mixer can handle up to 20kg of flour and the minimum amount of dough you can knead is 15kg.

Thanks to the powerful motor, you can knead large quantities of dough with ease. Choose your desired speed, slower or faster, via the simple control panel: slow kneading at 110RPM or fast kneading at 220RPM. To be able to work with this professional dough mixer as safely as possible, it has several safety options. The machine is equipped with a safety switch that prevents the motor from overheating. If this happens, the dough mixer will simply switch off automatically. The mixing bowl also has a lockable protection cage to prevent accidents during kneading.
