A safety switch prevents the motor from overheating. As soon as this happens, the dough mixer automatically switches off. The mixing bowl is protected so no hands can get caught by the rotating dough hook. Both the dough hook and the mixing bowl rotate to ensure all the ingredients are mixed. The dough mixer is also equipped with overload protection so that the mixing bowl can never be overfilled.
