For professional kitchens working with long buffet lines or extended plating stations, reliable and adjustable heat is essential. This 152cm strip warmer combines length, flexibility and controlled performance to support smooth service during busy periods.

Ideal for large-scale food service

With a total width of 152cm, this strip warmer is especially suited for wide counters and high-capacity serving areas. It radiates heat downward to maintain the temperature of pre-cooked dishes placed underneath. Install the unit beneath a ceiling or shelf using the supplied mounting brackets. For suspended installation, you can also hang the strip warmer using the optional support chains with hooks, available separately. Or add the optional adjustable T-shaped legs to create a freestanding setup. The leg height can be adjusted to match your workspace requirements.

Adjustable power for controlled warming

The strip warmer is equipped with a rotary control knob that allows infinite heat adjustment between Low, Medium and High. This flexibility helps keep food at serving temperature without excessive drying. With a power output of 1500W, this model delivers stable and dependable performance for professional food holding.

Safe cleaning and practical maintenance

Always disconnect the strip warmer from the power supply before cleaning. Wait until the unit has cooled down fully. Once cooled, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to remove grease and residue. Do not immerse the strip warmer in water and avoid using water jets. Proper care supports long-term durability.

Choose the 152cm ceiling and standalone strip warmer for extended serving areas and consistent heat control, and complete your professional setup with the right model from Maxima’s strip warmer range.
