When working with long buffet lines or extended pass-through stations, reliable heat coverage is essential. This 122cm strip warmer offers flexibility, controlled performance and practical installation options for professional kitchens.

Ideal for extended serving counters

With a width of 122cm, this strip warmer is particularly suitable for larger plating stations and wide buffet setups. It provides focused radiant heat to food positioned within the effective heating area. The unit can be mounted securely beneath a shelf or ceiling using the supplied brackets. For suspended installation, you can also hang the strip warmer using the optional support chains with hooks, available separately. Alternatively, optional adjustable T-shaped legs are available separately to transform it into a freestanding model. The adjustable height allows you to position the warmer at the correct distance above your dishes.

Adjustable heat for consistent food quality

The strip warmer is equipped with a rotary control knob that allows infinite heat adjustment between Low, Medium and High. This helps maintain food at serving temperature without overheating or drying it out. With a power output of 1190W, this model is designed for reliable performance in professional foodservice environments.

Safe operation and simple cleaning

Always switch off and disconnect the strip warmer before cleaning. Wait until the unit has cooled down completely. The exterior can then be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water and avoid cleaning with water jets. Regular maintenance helps ensure long-term reliability.
