This black soup kettle combines a classic design with practical functionality for everyday use in the catering industry. Thanks to the integrated flap in the lid, you don’t have to remove the entire lid to serve soup. The generous 13-litre capacity makes it ideal for busy buffets, catering setups or serving stations where speed and presentation matter.

Built for intensive use with smart ease of operation

The soup kettle has a robust black coated aluminium exterior that withstands knocks and heavy use. The inner pot is made entirely of stainless steel, making it easy to clean. Simply fill the base frame with water up to the indicated maximum line, plug it in, and set the desired temperature by turning the control knob to the desired setting (12 steps). The indicator light shows when the heating is active. Once the set temperature is reached, place the filled inner pot back in. Thanks to the bain-marie system, your soup stays perfectly warm without the risk of burning.

Smart lid design for efficient service

The practical lid features an integrated flap with a spoon recess, so you don’t need to lift the entire lid each time. Ideal for self-service buffets or whenever speed is important. The flap closes securely to retain heat and allows one-handed serving. Rubber feet keep the kettle stable, even on smooth surfaces.

Easy to maintain and designed for heavy use

The black aluminium housing is durable and easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. The removable stainless steel inner pot can be cleaned easily with warm water and a mild detergent. The lid with integrated flap is also quick to clean, so the kettle is ready for use again in no time. We recommend descaling the soup kettle regularly to keep it in excellent condition.
