Simply tilt the reservoir towards you and fill it with ingredients. The casing used to make the sausage slides over the filling tube and needs to be held firmly. Turn the crank and the ingredients are pushed into the filling tube. It's important that the casing is filled as tightly as possible and that no air is added. When the sausage is ready, turn it a few times and remove it from the filling tube.

Dishwasher safe

Because this appliance is used with fresh ingredients, it must be cleaned properly after use. The reservoir and the filling tubes can be removed easily to facilitate this. As the parts are made from stainless steel, they can be cleaned in the dishwasher. For the pressure plate, use disinfectant and a damp cloth.
