If you often need to heat food without risking it burning, then you need an electric bain marie. This premium model includes a convenient drain tap and is made entirely from stainless steel. It is suitable for use with GN containers and can easily be placed in a cooking line or on a base. 

With this double gas-fired bain marie, it's very easy to cook food or warm it up for later use. Thanks to its large size, it can accommodate various 1/1 GN containers. In addition, you can install this bain marie in a cooking line and use it intensively in any professional kitchen.
