Double-sided. Made with the end-grain method: oak squares are glued together in a stylish checkerboard pattern. Vertical placement of wood fibres, perpendicularly to the working surface – increased durability, resistance to scratches, and preventing dulling knives (blade goes in between wood fibres).
Body made of rubber wood – lightweight, but durable. Grinding mechanism (burrs) made of stainless steel, manual and adjustable with a knob. Lid protected from falling off with a screwed knob. Knob with a printed “P” letter – for marking pepper. Available in several colours: dark wood, light wood, black lacquered wood (glossy finish)
