This powerful induction wok hob from Maxima is designed for professional use. Thanks to the built-in stainless steel cabinet, you always have your cookware and woks within reach. Perfect for kitchens where speed, precision and clear workflow are key. This wok cooker is part of the Maxima 700 Induction series and fits perfectly into the 700mm deep cooking line, allowing seamless integration with other equipment in a professional kitchen setup.

Easy operation with digital display

The controls are simple and intuitive. With the 'Power/Temp' button you choose whether to set the power (levels 1-10) or the temperature (60-240°C). The temperature can be adjusted in 20°C steps. Power and temperature are linked: level 1 equals 60°C, level 2 equals 80°C, and so on. The display light shows your chosen setting immediately. The rotary knob has three clear positions: 'low', 'medium' and 'high'. With the on/off button, you can stop the appliance instantly without residual heat. The clear digital display and rotary knob make switching between power and temperature modes fast and user-friendly, ideal for busy commercial kitchens.

Strong performance and built-in safety

This induction wok heats quickly and evenly. For extra safety, it switches off automatically after 4 hours. If it overheats, you will hear an alarm, see an error message, and the appliance will stop. This prevents damage to the wok or cookware. Once cooled down, you can continue cooking straight away. The adjustable feet allow you to set the wok hob at the ideal working height. Its 700mm depth ensures it lines up flush with other Maxima 700 Induction-series equipment, contributing to a tidy and efficient workspace.

Easy to clean and practical to use

After use, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and wash cookware with a mild detergent. Use a vacuum cleaner to keep the fans dust-free. Important: avoid getting water inside the appliance, as this may cause malfunctions. Clean the stainless steel cabinet with a damp cloth. Thanks to its modular design, the wok cooker complements other appliances in the Maxima 700 Induction line, making cleaning and maintenance routines more streamlined across your cooking setup.
