This Maxima induction wok plate is ideal for professional use in kitchens with limited space. Thanks to the clear digital display, you can easily set the desired temperature or power level. Sturdy construction and equipped with smart safety features. It is part of the Maxima Induction 700 cooking range, a modular line of 700mm deep appliances designed for seamless integration in professional kitchens.

Easy operation with digital display

The control panel of this induction wok plate is designed for maximum ease of use. With a single press of the 'Power/Temp button', you can choose whether to set the power (levels 1 to 10) or temperature (60 - 240°C). The temperature can be adjusted in 20°C steps. Power and temperature are linked: level 1 equals 60°C, level 2 equals 80°C, and so on. The display clearly shows which setting you are adjusting. Use the rotary knob to quickly select the right level: 'low', 'medium, or 'high'. The on/off button ensures the wok plate stops immediately when switched off.

Reliable performance and safety

This induction wok plate provides consistent heat distribution for perfect wok results. You can work safely thanks to the automatic shut-off after 4 hours and overheating protection. If the pan becomes too hot, the device automatically switches off, a buzzer sounds, and an error message appears. Once cooled down, the wok is ready for use again. Its 700mm depth allows it to align perfectly with other appliances in the Induction 700 series, helping maintain a professional, streamlined kitchen layout.

Easy to clean and low-maintenance

After use, it’s important to clean the induction wok plate properly. Always unplug the appliance first and wait until it has completely cooled down. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and clean it after each use. Pans can be washed with mild detergent and a soft cloth. To clean the fans, you can use a vacuum cleaner to prevent dust build-up. Never let water get on or into the wok plate, any moisture inside the housing may cause malfunctions and affect performance. Its compact, modular design also simplifies maintenance and makes it easy to combine with other Maxima Induction 700 series equipment.
