Need more grill capacity without sacrificing precision or space? This double induction griddle plate with a smooth and grooved plain-steel surface combines power and simplicity. The rotary control with visual temperature zones and the digital display make operation easy, while the compact, base-free design ensures flexibility in any workspace.

Easy operation

You can set the temperature effortlessly using the rotary knob with three visual zones: 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High'. These correspond to a temperature range of 80°C to 300°C, displayed clearly on the digital screen. The temperature is adjustable in steps of 20°C. During heating, the unit shows 'Heating'. Once the desired temperature is reached, it automatically switches to 'Keep warm'. Although there’s no timer function, this double griddle features a built-in safety system that automatically switches off after four hours. A safe and energy-efficient induction griddle for professional kitchens.

Using the induction griddle

The wide plain-steel griddle surface allows you to prepare multiple items at once. Use the grooved surface for perfect grill marks on meat, fish or vegetables and the smooth surface for eggs, pancakes or delicate seafood. Thanks to the even heat distribution, you can cook efficiently and consistently, even at high volumes. Its base-free design makes it ideal for use on countertops, in production kitchens, or mobile setups. The removable drip tray collects excess fat, ensuring hygienic operation and less cleaning time.

Easy cleaning

Clean the griddle surface after each use with a soft cloth and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents to protect the plain-steel surface. Before and after use, lightly oil the plate to prevent rust. The removable drip tray can be rinsed easily for quick maintenance. Even without a base, this model is durable, low-maintenance, and suitable for daily use.

Do you want maximum grilling capacity without taking up extra space? Then choose this powerful double induction griddle with a smooth and grooved surface. A smart choice for every professional kitchen.
