Want to grill quickly without losing control? This single induction griddle plate is designed for efficient use in professional kitchens. Thanks to the smooth plain-steel cooking surface, simple rotary control and clear digital display, you can work with precision and safety.

Ease of use and operation

You can easily control this induction griddle plate using a rotary knob with clear temperature zones: 'Low', 'Medium', and 'High', covering a range from 80°C to 300°C. You can adjust the temperature in steps of 20°C. The exact temperature appears on the digital display. During preheating, the unit shows 'Heating'. Once the set temperature is reached, it automatically switches to 'Keep warm'. Although the griddle plate does not have a timer, it automatically switches off after four hours. This built-in safety feature helps prevent unnecessary energy consumption.

Smooth griddle surface

The smooth plain-steel surface ensures quick and even heat distribution, making it ideal for delicate products such as eggs, fish fillets, vegetables, and pancakes. Its compact design without a base makes it perfect for use on countertops, in food trucks, or in smaller kitchens. The removable drip tray keeps your work area clean, while the sleek design adds a professional look to any kitchen.

Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the griddle plate thoroughly after each use. Allow the surface to cool and use lukewarm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents to prevent damage to the plain steel surface. Before use, you can lightly oil the surface to prevent rust. The drip tray is easy to remove and can be rinsed clean without effort.

Work more compactly, quickly, and hygienically with this smooth induction tabletop griddle. A smart choice for any professional kitchen without compromising on space.
