This Heavy Duty gas cooker delivers precision and power in a compact, double-unit tabletop design. With a total power of 27kW, it features four open burners engineered for efficient heat distribution and daily intensive use. Its seamless monobloc stainless steel top and solid cast iron pan supports make it ideal for high-capacity environments like restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens.

Flexible burner configuration

Equipped with two 6kW and two 7.5kW burners, this gas cooker offers a versatile setup for everything from simmering to high-heat searing. Each burner includes a flame failure safety device and optimised combustion system to maximise performance while minimising risk. All burners are topped with cast iron pan supports for extra durability and stability during cooking.

Heavy Duty monobloc design

The single-piece monobloc top eliminates welded seams and dirt traps, improving both hygiene and cleaning efficiency. Rounded corners and smooth surfaces simplify wipe-down maintenance after service. The chrome-plated burners enhance heat output, and ergonomic control knobs ensure accurate flame adjustment.

Easy to clean and maintain

Thanks to the monobloc surface and removable cast iron supports, cleaning is fast and hassle-free. Simply wash components with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Designed for tabletop use, this unit integrates seamlessly into cooking lines or stainless steel prep stations.
