Designed for continuous, intensive use, this heavy-duty gas cooker features four open burners with optimised combustion and cast iron pan supports. Built as a tabletop model, it’s ideal for installation on work tables or as part of a modular cooking line. The unit's durable stainless steel construction and seamless monobloc top make it exceptionally hygienic and easy to maintain - perfect for professional use in restaurants, hotels and catering environments.

Built for high-performance cooking

Each of the four burners delivers up to 6kW of power and features adjustable regulation from 2kW to full output. This allows chefs to control heat precisely across a wide range of cooking methods. All burners are equipped with a flame failure safety device and operate with an efficient combustion system. The cast iron pan supports ensure stability during cooking and are built to handle heavy use over time.

Heavy-duty design

Crafted from thick stainless steel, this cooker stands up to daily wear and tear in high-volume kitchens. The monobloc top is pressed from a single sheet of steel, with no welded joints, and features rounded internal corners to eliminate dirt traps. The chrome-plated burners enhance heat efficiency and performance, while the ergonomic control knobs ensure smooth, reliable operation.

Easy to clean

Cleaning is fast and straightforward thanks to the smooth monobloc top and cast iron surfaces. The absence of seams or gaps prevents food debris from collecting, while the removable parts can be easily washed by hand using warm water and mild detergent. Always dry thoroughly with a soft cloth to maintain surface quality.

A powerful, safe and durable gas cooker - ideal for every professional kitchen needing speed, flexibility and hygiene in one compact design.
