Suitable for LPG and natural gas

Working with this gas hob is also practical because of the handy large rotary knobs and ergonomic design. The burners are made from chrome for the best cooking performance. The Heavy Duty hob is fitted with a pilot light that ensures the gas is extinguished when you turn the knob and is also an extra safety feature to prevent gas flowing. You can set the safety thermostat to a temperature between 100 and 300ºC. There is also a safety valve built in for the gas with a thermocouple. This professional cooker is suitable for LPG or natural gas.

Smooth surfaces

This 700 series cooktop is easy to clean thanks to its smooth stainless steel and cast iron surfaces. The seamless welded top has the advantage that no dirt remains stuck inside it. The inside corners are also rounded to prevent dirt from accumulating. To clean all parts, simply take them apart and clean them with warm water and a mild detergent. Always dry everything with a soft cloth.
