This professional-grade gas cooker offers powerful performance in a compact, single-unit design. With a combined output of 13.5kW and two open burners of differing capacities, it gives chefs the flexibility to handle various cooking tasks with precision. The seamless monobloc stainless steel top and flame failure devices make it both easy to clean and safe to use in fast-paced kitchen environments.

Dual power for precision and speed

The unit features one 6kW burner and one 7.5kW burner - ideal for combining fast boiling and low simmering in a single workstation. Each burner is fitted with a flame failure device to prevent gas leakage if the flame goes out. The combustion is optimised for performance and fuel efficiency, with cast iron pan supports providing durable, stable cookware placement.

Built to last, designed for hygiene

The monobloc top is made from a single sheet of stainless steel, eliminating welded joints and corners where food or grease might build up. Rounded edges make wiping down fast and hygienic. The chrome-plated burners distribute heat evenly, and the control knobs are ergonomic for intuitive temperature control.

Compact yet professional

This cooker is ideal for food trucks, small prep kitchens or modular cooking lines. It fits easily on worktables or integrated stainless steel bases. Simple to clean and service, it offers the performance of a large cooker in a single-unit footprint.

Unlock flexible, safe and reliable cooking with this 13.5kW gas cooker - compact in size, powerful in performance.
