A freezer is indispensable for any catering business to keep your food fresh for a long time and have sufficient stock. Freezers come in various models; this one is made from stainless steel and has a beautiful glass door. This way, you can immediately see where the required products are and how much stock you still have.

Energy-efficient freezer

This freezer not only looks good, it's also energy-efficient. The walls of the freezer have an insulating thickness of 6 cm and a ventilated cooling system for even distribution of cold air. It features energy-efficient LED lighting strips on the inside of the freezer. This makes your products highly visible and easy to grab. The doors have a magnetic door seal and heated door rubbers. This closes the door automatically and prevents freezing. The auto-defrost system is activated every 6 hours. With this defrost cycle, water is collected in the freezer and goes to the motor where it evaporates. This prevents frozen walls and food from sticking together in the freezer.

2/1 GN shelves

An additional advantage of this freezer is that it can be fully customised. Unlike many freezers, this one has separate grids. You can place the shelves at any desired height and expand them if you want to create more levels. The height of the guides can be adjusted in increments of 5 cm. The grids have a stain-resistant coating and have a raised edge at the back. This prevents products from getting too close to the back wall and ensures good circulation of cold air in the freezer. The freezer is also equipped with a lock, so you can store your frozen products safely.

Transportable freezer

Most freezers are large and difficult to handle. However, this freezer is equipped with four wheels, the front wheels of which are fitted with a brake. This allows you to move the freezer easily and simplifies cleaning under and behind it. The freezer should also be cleaned regularly, as this will extend its lifespan. Make sure the freezer is empty and unplug it. Clean the inside, shelves, door and door rubber with a soft cloth, water and a mild detergent. You can clean the outside with a soft, damp cloth. This will prolong the life of your freezer.
