The ventilated cooling system ensures a stable temperature throughout the entire cabinet, preventing uneven freezing and ice build-up. This makes it easier to store a variety of frozen goods without temperature fluctuation. The digital Dixell controller offers precise temperature settings, while the built-in LED lighting provides excellent visibility inside the cabinet.

Practical and professional features

With six adjustable GN 2/1 shelves, this freezer offers flexible storage for a wide range of ingredients and containers. It’s mounted on four sturdy wheels, two of the wheels with brakes, making it easy to move and secure in place. The self-closing, lockable doors are equipped with antibacterial door rubbers. An automatic defrost cycle runs every six hours to keep the interior ice-free. While this freezer requires more floor space, it delivers dependable performance and excellent usability in any professional kitchen.

Hassle-free maintenance

Made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, this freezer is easy to clean and maintain. The adjustable shelves  can be removed for deep cleaning and the interior can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
