Getting rid of the dirty dishes in a professional kitchen is done quickly and efficiently by using a sink. By providing one place for the dirty dishes, you create a clear overview of the kitchen. By using a rinsing table, you can collect the dishes, pre-rinse them and wash them in the same place. In addition, the sink is easy to connect to a pre-rinse shower and a dishwasher.
