Frying efficiently while maintaining consistent quality can be a challenge in busy kitchens. This 8 litre induction deep fryer with lift system is designed to take that work out of your hands, combining smart technology with practical features for reliable, repeatable results.

Efficient and controlled frying

The induction heating system heats the oil quickly and keeps the temperature stable during use. You can easily set the temperature between 60°C and 190°C, in steps of 20°C, making this fryer suitable for a wide range of products. It includes a timer function from 5 seconds till 20 minutes and can be set in steps of 5 seconds. You can also choose one of the five preset programmes. The LED display clearly shows both the actual oil temperature and the set values, so you always stay in control of the frying process.

Automatic lift system for consistent results

What sets this model apart is the automatic lift system. Once the oil reaches the set temperature, the basket can be lowered with a single button. When the timer finishes, the basket lifts automatically and an alarm sounds. This prevents overcooking and ensures consistent frying results, especially compared to similar models without a lift system that require manual handling.

Easy operation and maintenance

The clear control panel allows manual temperature and timer settings or the use of preset programmes for repeated tasks. Although this fryer does not have a cool zone, the integrated oil drain tap makes filtering and replacing oil simple and safe. We advise to filter the oil daily. For extra safety, the fryer switches off automatically after six hours of continuous operation.

Choose this 8L induction deep fryer with automatic lift system if you want greater consistency, less manual handling and a clear upgrade over the standard model without lift system.
