If you want to fry large quantities of fries, snacks, vegetables, fish or other items, then this versatile deep fryer with a capacity of 35 litres is perfect. It fits in any catering kitchen where extensive frying takes place. The deep fryer comes with a stainless steel cupboard. Thanks to this, you can easily create extra capacity in your kitchen without taking up space on a countertop or table. The base cupboard is fitted with two stainless steel doors with handles. A drain tap is attached to the base so that you can quickly change the oil. You can store additional frying oil inside. The deep fryer comes with a removable lid and all handles are heat-resistant. Deep-frying residues are collected in the grid provided, which can be easily attached to the deep fryer.

Equipped with a handy timer

This professional extra-large deep fryer works using 400V power and is equipped with overload protection. You can also use the frying oil for longer, thanks to the cold zone. The heating element is situated a few centimetres above the bottom of the fryer. Because the oil is not as hot under the heating element, crumbs burn less quickly. In this way, the oil stays fresher for longer and you don't have to change it as often. With the thermostat, you can set temperatures between 50°C and 200°C. There is also the convenience timer so food products are fried at the exact right time.

Quick cleaning

The entire deep fryer is made from stainless steel and is easy to clean. Removable parts can be cleaned with a brush and warm, soapy water. Then dry everything with a soft cloth. The stainless steel housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
