Thanks to its 11 litre capacity, this versatile deep fryer can not only prepare 1,4kg of fries, but also other types of fried snacks. The deep fryer has an adjustable thermostat with temperatures of between 50°C and 200°C. This way, you can always choose the precise temperature to prepare different products. This large deep fryer also features an orange indicator light which shows when the oil has reached the right temperature so that products come out crispy and full of crunch.

Deep frying large quantities

Working safely is very important in the catering industry, especially when frying products at temperatures up to 200°C. That is why this professional deep fryer comes with a removable lid. During frying, you can close the fryer to prevent oil from splashing. The handle of the frying basket and the lid are heat resistant for safety purposes. In addition, a stable placement that prevents shifting of the fryer adds to safety assurance so rubber feet are included on this deep fryer. This large deep fryer is ideal for frying greater quantities, or for expanding your kitchen's frying capacity. During frying, crumbs often fall to the bottom and burn, but thanks to the built-in cold zone, the oil underneath the heating element heats up less, preventing this from happening. As a result, the oil lasts longer and doesn't need to be replaced as often.

Easy to clean

When cleaning this deep fryer, you need a gentle brush, warm water and a mild detergent. All parts are removable and can first be soaked in hot, soapy water to dissolve most of the oil and fat residues. Then simply brush the parts clean. The stainless steel housing can be wiped with a damp cloth.
