Easy-to-use temperature controller

In the catering kitchen, cooling equipment is essential to keeping food fresh for as long as possible. Thanks to the digital temperature controller in this prep fridge, you can easily set your desired temperature between the range of 0 and 10°C, so that ingredients are cooled to exactly the right temperature. This professional countertop prep fridge is safe to use in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. In addition, it is statically cooled. The pipes in the walls of the cooling unit use the refrigerant R600a, which is free from CFC. To prevent ice from forming, this prep fridge comes with a specialised cooling cycle and a built-in constant evaporator.
