The drop-in cold table is for short-term serving of food at a temperature of +3°C to +5°C.
Integrated into a frame or worktop, the bottom of which must be open and not tightly closed, installation opening size 1500x575mm.
Mechanical thermostat.
4x (GN 1/1) GN dishes or plates/pans can be placed on the cold table.
The cold table can be ordered with a 1600mm top or delivery table.
