This sturdy catering freezer has room for up to 488L of products that need to be frozen. With a lock, a hanging basket and six wheels, it has everything you would expect from a professional freezer. In addition, it has been very neatly finished with a white coating over the premium quality metal housing.

For use in thermoboxes, keeps the temperature between 0 to 4°C for 3 to 4 hours thanks to the eutectic plate.

Before use: freeze at -18°C for 24 hours or until frozen solid.

To check if ready, shake the element and when you feel and hear nothing moving inside it’s ready.
