Indirect heating system

This boiling pan works on an electric current (400V). The double wall on the inside can be filled with water and the heat source is located directly under the boiler. As a result, it creates a very efficient indirect heating system. The safety thermostat protects against a water level that is too low so that dishes do not burn quickly. This makes the boiling pan perfect for liquid dishes or food that you cook in water, such as rice, potatoes, meat and vegetables. Thanks to the additional insulating material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.

Easy to use

With its 405kg, it is a heavy cooking appliance, but is still very easy to use. The double layered lid has a large handle and an opening mechanism with a counterweight so that opening and closing is smooth. The pressure gauge is placed on top of the device so that the pressure can be read clearly. Being able to clean it easily is an important part of the ease of use. The inside is round and, thanks to the stainless steel, smoothly finished everywhere. A boiling pan also needs a handy drain valve to remove liquid without any hassle. This is not only useful for draining the cooking water, but is also very practical during cleaning.
