With this premium bain marie you can both cook and reheat food. It also functions well to keep it warmed when ready. This double bain marie works on gas and is ideal for use in professional kitchens. It is suitable for a combination of 2 x 1/2 and 2 x 2/3 GN containers that are 15cm high.
