Premium material selection

The stove is made entirely from stainless steel, with heavy cast iron pan supports and chrome gas burners. By using these robust materials, in combination with the smart design, you can be sure that you will enjoy your gas stove for a long time. The whole construction is seamlessly welded and is suitable for placing in a cooking line. There is a safety valve with a thermocouple. This ensures that the gas valve remains open as long as the sensor registers heat. As soon as there is no flame, this will automatically close the gas valve so that no gas escapes. There is additional safety in the form of a safety thermostat.

Including electric oven

In addition to the four-burner stove, this gas stove also has a spacious oven on three phase power (400V). The static oven chamber is also made entirely from stainless steel, with the door even being extra heavy at 40mm thick. The inside has a chrome rack with three levels on which you can place 2/1 GN containers. You can set temperatures between 100 and 300°C.
