The hot buffet is for short-term serving of hot food at a temperature of +30°C to +90°C.

The warm pit is equipped with a water level sensor to protect the heater.
The warm compartment holds 2x (GN 1/1 150) GN containers.
The sideboard has an illuminated top surface that is lined with a clear glass splash guard.
To save space or to fit through standard doors with a buffet, it is possible to fold down the auxiliary surfaces.
The side panels are easily replaceable if necessary.
The buffet has durable 360° rotating “Manner” wheels with a diameter of 100mm. Two wheels are lockable.
At the bottom of the sideboard is a two-door neutral cabinet.
